Feedback strategies

The first article that I read was called "Try Feedforward Instead of Feedback" by Marshall Goldsmith. And it was an interesting article to read about because it talks about using the positive word instead of using negative words to give feedback or you might call it "Feedforward". The second article that I read is called "The Difference Between Praise and Feedback" by MindShift. This article was kind of same in the way how we should talk about giving people feedback with positive words. I think they both kind of connected with Growth Mind-Set because it's also talking about how we should praise them not hurts them with words. Like I said in my last blog of feedback, If you want to be good at receiving feedback keep your mind board and open, don't keep it close and don't accept the feedback.
